9. Campbellfield

Campbellfield Pottery was directly connected to the North British Railway

Campbellfield Pottery pottery moved to this Flemmington Street site in 1881 which was a large building consisting of three stories, with 7 kilns and was connected to the North British Railway by a siding. This meant, without direct access to a canal, that clay and coal for the kilns could be brought directly into the pottery.
